"This was our first trip to Tokyo and we stayed twice at the Keio Plaza Premier Grand. Our first 5 nights were in the Premier Grand Deluxe Twin and, after we returned from the Kyoto area we stayed in the Premier Grand Suite Twin for the remainder of our Japan stay. Both accommodations were perfect for our Father/Son trip. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The lounge access was key after a long day of sightseeing and the hotel services and restaurants are top notch. Highly recommend!"

Despite being surrounded by the energy of the city, the hotel itself is remarkably quiet and peaceful. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers. We booked the 400-square-foot triple room, which was spacious by Tokyo standards and offered an awesome view of the city. Having a Starbucks immediately downstairs was an added convenience for our morning coffee and quick snacks. Overall, Hotel Groove Shinjuku was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and modern luxury. We would definitely stay here again."
