"Staff was very responsive. Room was clean and had a lot of amenities. I would say it was a larger space given Tokyo standards. 3 large beds. My one constructive feedback would be for the owner to add better blackout blinds. The placement of the beds underneath the window, a lot of light came in and shined on our heads in the morning waking us up prematurely. Other than that, it was a flawless and enjoyable stay. Thank you!"

"Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the future, we will certainly stay here again. "
