I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness. I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service. We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. 1) staff was excellent, very helpful! 2) needed to use Yamato luggage service last minute so I went to Front Desk twice around 3am to make arrangements, and they were up, awake and easily made the arrangements! 3) room was clean, comfortable and the laundry room was Easily available on my floor. 4) I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I appreciated the free coffee and soda at the Ftont Desk. Highly recommend!
