"I tried to communicate how to check in. No answer. I had to have Expedia reach out to get info. The restroom is outdated and it’s dirty. No extra toilet paper in room and there’s no bidet. "

Not with my family. This room is for a young couple or a single. Not for older couple because it’s small size studio. The room is clean and cozy.
