"Wonderful apartment style hotel tucked into a lovely just out of downtown neighbourhood. It was the perfect place to stay when commuting to Shinjuku. Great grocery stores in the area and a wonderful kitchen to prepare the meals in. All the needed tools and kitchen appliance were there for us to create great meals. "施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"
