"Decent location close to shinjuku station. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit firm. No fans in the bathroom for some reason. The room was also too warm and the AC didn't seem to help much. It was ok for the price."

"Overall, the location was great and we had a pleasant experience. The room, however, left much to be desired. We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. The staff was great and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the paid breakfast on-site. "

"Wonderful stay at Keio. Hotel location was great, lots of restaurants and shopping. Great hotel. I do have a complaint though, during our stay, there were a lot of athletes from all over the world. our floor housed athletes from Europe. The hallway became their lounge, the had their massage table infront of our room, some clothes were strewn on the floor. At one point, when we got off the elevator, they were all in a circle, that we had to walk around them. Then for 2 nights early morning around 2 am, people on top of us were doing some sort of loud crushing noise. Not sure if they were fighting or doing gymnastic. So glad it was toward the end of our trip. "

"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."

"Good place to stay, airport shuttle is very easy to go around disneysea. Is far away from Tokyo and other cities but there are shopping malls around the hotel. We were able to check in and out from Disneysea and come back to the hotel for a quick rest."

"Very convenient location. It was tricky to find initially as the entrance is tucked in the corner behind the check in counters on the departure level (3F) in terminal 3. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the terminal. For travellers arriving from train, the terminal 3 stop is before terminal 1/2. Free shuttle bus between terminals or you can pay for a quicker ride on the train or monorail (easy access from 3F). I booked a superior room with 2 beds, like so many hotels in Japan it is small. Nice bathroom with separate space for bath. "
