"The entire front desk staff was excellent, though they did forget to offer the complimentary drinks provided through Expedia. In the room, the pillows were extremely hard, making it impossible to sleep. The bar staff was very aggressive when asked which drinks were covered by the complimentary vouchers, and they provided service in a rude manner."

"The furniture and room amenities need maintenance. Room services are ok, food is cold, toasted bread is not toasted, coffee cold and no sugar or cream, eggs raw. "

"The staff was excellent and attentive—the night auditor, in particular, was incredibly helpful. The restaurant staff was great as well. The only downside is the coffee—it’s terrible—and I do think they could have more amenities."

"I am disgusted. I would like a credit. I am not a complainer, but this was very disappointing. First off I couldn’t sleep the ac was so loud and vents were broken so it was blowing right on me. I couldn’t turn it off or down because it was extremely hot if I did. Most disturbing!!!! Was that there was blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t notice until the morning because I arrived so late and tired that I just crawled into be. Again I am not a complainer usually but after a long day that was unacceptable. "
