We just stayed 1 night before heading to Acapulco but we were surprised with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Water pressure was amazing and beds are comfortable

The room was dark. Not enough towels. Housekeeping didn’t leave soap but cleaned away what was there when I arrived. There was no heat and the room was cold. The blanket was insufficient. The mattes was old with lumps and troughs. The breakfast was good .

The room was filthy, asked the staff in charge , they said " we did not have time to clean" , There was still garbage in the trash cans, TV did not work. There were stains on ceiling and a hole up there. We took pictures. Sofa was stained with something like wine stains. The carpet was stained. All in all it was a very bad experience. DO NOT EVER USE THIS HOTEL, is all I can say, I certainly will not.

Nunca mencionan que es hotel y motel. Además el ruido de la avenida se es ush toda la noche he haciendo imposible dormir. Tal vez sus ventanas son faltas de insonorización.

La habitación estaba limpia y muy amplia. La cama muy bien y todo en orden. El único problema que es muy molesto, es que el baño tiene dos coladeras que huelen terrible y no tiene una tapa para al menos mitigar un poco el olor. La puerta del baño apenas se podía cerrar y el olor impregnaba toda la habitación. El otro inconveniente fue el ruido. Las habitaciones dan a Avenida Insurgentes y día y noche es un constante fluir de motocicletas que parece que no hubiera vidrios. Afortunadamente yo viajo con mis tapones de oídos y con eso fue suficiente para poder dormir bien. Es un hotel que se ve que ya paso su gloria, pero para una noche al sur de la ciudad, está aceptable.
