In the room, the pillows were extremely hard, making it impossible to sleep. The bar staff was very aggressive when asked which drinks were covered by the complimentary vouchers, and they provided service in a rude manner."

"I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical whatsoever. And again the noise was too unbearable. The staff was lovely though."
