10/10 Excellent
"The check in staff was exceptional. However the gentleman who drove me to the airport on August 6 around 5:30 am was less bothered in his courtesy. I struggled with getting my suitcase down the stairs and he just gawking at me and no courtesy at all. He repeated the same unprofessional behavior at the airport when he stepped out of the car. He sat inside in the car and had no common sense to step out of the car and open the trunk/boot. Other than that the hotel is easily accessible and very safe. The housekeeping staff was excellent. This was second stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and several choices"
