Breakfast was good. They change some days with ham and salmon. You have a Station for Omelett and some Fried africano Special food."

"We stayed at Landmark Suites in Nairobi while attending a wedding and unfortunately our experience was awful. From the moment we arrived there were issues with the room. It was not properly cleaned and had a strong unpleasant odor when we checked in. The bathroom mirror was cracked all the way through and the bathroom light did not work, which meant I had to get ready in the hallway instead of the bathroom. One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. During our entire stay we were never able to have a warm shower, the water was consistently cold. Several other guests from our wedding group experienced serious plumbing problems as well. Both my parents and cousins showers would not drain properly, leaving several inches of standing water while showering, and the bathroom floors flooded after each shower. Another common complaint among our group was the lack of basic towels. Many of us were staying in multi-bedroom suites (two or even three bedrooms), yet the rooms were provided with only one or two bath towels total. There were no hand towels or face towels available, which was very inconvenient for larger groups sharing a suite. Our room was advertised as having a full kitchen, but there were no utensils, plates, glasses, or basic kitchen items provided to actually use it. There were also problems with room access. The door latch automatically locked when the door closed, and one evening when we returned around midnight with our 4-year-old and 7-year-old, we we"
