The hotel was a good 4 star (based on US) hotel. Staff are friendly, well staffed with 24hr security. House keeper update rooms daily. Wifi is a little slow but decent, the view is wonderful.

Clean rooms next to the westgate and sarit center malls. If you are vegan this is a good place. They have an Indian restaurant that has vegan options. I was able to get my vegan options.

Safe Walking distance to ,two shopping malls . Restaurant was great meals pretty good . What I didn’t like that there was some kind of construction above our room every night,until early in the morning 7 nights , spoke to reception noise continued .

Room was very clean, had a microwave and a fridge which were huge bonuses. The restaurant was very nice, good food, courteous staff and generous discount for in-house guests. There was daily housekeeping which was quite nice

The room was not clean, but after talking to a management staff the situation was immediately addressed. The bed, bedsheets, towels were at sub-standard and probably need a change. They were torn and ragged, The hotel is appropriate for a simple low tier accommodation. The location is great.

Everything was great. Amazing staff, the room was so great, comfortable bed, amazing bathroom with a great hot shower, great meals restaurant view on the roof top is amazing. Will definitely stay here again and I recommend anyone to stay here you will not regret it.

If anyone is interested in staying at the glam Hotel, U should understand that the chef is top-notch the chef that comes on at 2 o’clock in the afternoon can cook a lamb chop like no other best chef world worldwide. The front staff is awesome. They do attend to every need. The building currently is undergoing some renovation so I expect the prices to rise, but it’s worth staying there just to eat the food on the rooftop restaurant.

I had a very good experience overall. The property is nice, clean, and the staff provided great service during my stay. The only downside was the noise insulation. My room had an interconnecting door to the next room, and sound traveled right through it—I could clearly hear whatever the people next door were talking about.

The best place for me to stay in Westlands. It is at walking distance to everything. The staffs were great, the rooftop restaurant is excellent, friendly staffs and great atmosphere and great food.
