「A+. Will stay here again!」

「The wireless internet service was not operational. Hot water was unavailable. The property would benefit from updated shower heads and more comfortable mattresses. Please be advised of potential construction noise in the vicinity.」

「A lovely apartment with stunning views across Nairobi from the balcony. Very close to shops and art galleries and easy transport links to the main sites of Nairobi. The onsite gym and pool were also a bonus.」

「We did not stay there because the apartments are in a bad neighborhood, in poor condition, dirty and insecure. Efforts to contact your office for a refund have been fruitless.」
