「Everything about the room and location is 5 star, I was comfortable and relaxed with a lot of space and the team were all helpful. I have only reduced this by 1 star because my booked car was not there to collect me from the airport and I would have been waiting over an hour if I had not got a taxi. Everyone was apologetic but if I had been a single woman or anxious this would have been a very bad start」

「The hotel is a bit far and out of the way and it is located on top of a small shopping plaza. Harder to transport luggage. Only convenient for a one night stay.」
