モンバサ のリゾート

「The room facility was very old.」

「The staff were all lovely, the swimming pools were great and my room was big with a beautiful view」

「The room was clean, the staff very helpful, the pool was very clean. Service at the restaurant a bit slow. I had to call the hotel about pick-up from the airport as the text message sent to that effect was not received. Price of the ride was high compared to Uber.」

「朝食は良かったです。」

「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」

「La chambre incroyable vue sur l’océan, et très propre 」

「They do not accept reservation through Expedia. Stay away from this property. The area is dusty and far from the beach.」
