"Great hotel to stay in. Close to the airport. 4th yr coming to stay after a late flight. The amenities are good. The rooms are clean. The buffet breakfast never disappoints. Service is always good. From the free shuttle to the front desk to the servers . Will be back next year again"

"Stayed at The Crossroads Hotel Westlands during my time in Nairobi, and I honestly had such a great experience. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Winnie and Winfred — both of them treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our stay feel comfortable and memorable. One thing I especially want to praise is the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing every morning — fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with great care and effort. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had during my travels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi. Great people, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you again for making our stay so special!"
