"My staff at Roma courts, Kilimani started with being greeted at front desk by a delightful reservation person called Dorothy after a full days travelling. My room was well presented clean and just as it looks on line. The cleaning staff were attentive and cleaned everyday, with nothing being too much trouble. Roma court is set just in the right spot for me to get a good feel of Nairobi and its surrounding areas. Very close to all the usual amenities. Just to add the reservations team of Dorothy, Grace, Kerol and Vincent were all excellent and always on hand to answer questions and help when I needed it. Security at front gate were really good also All in all I enjoyed my stay at Roma courts and will be coming back next time in Nairobi. Would recommend and I’m hard to please . "

"I recently stayed at Royal Caanaan Nairobi for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, surrounded by malls and restaurants, all within walking distance. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, and the managers were very attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and quiet, with a strong emphasis on security, which made me feel very safe. Although I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast or visit the spa and pool, I was impressed by the amenities. One small downside was the presence of alcohol in the room, which might not be suitable for everyone, but the staff was very accommodating and removed it promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!."

"Great Location, Unacceptable Management and Safety Hazards ​While the location was excellent and the property looked attractive, poor management and serious safety issues completely ruined our stay. ​Service and Communication Failures: We arrived late (around 11 pm) with no check-in details from the host. Communication throughout the stay was non-existent. On check-out day, despite our 11 am booking time, we were aggressively disturbed by staff knocking four times between 9 am and 10 am. Furthermore, we ran out of electricity in the middle of the night, even after reporting the low power level earlier that day. ​Serious Safety Risks: The most concerning issues were safety hazards. My daughter was injured by an exposed screw on the sofa shortly after arrival. Additionally, the unmarked glass kitchen door was a continuous hazard that everyone in our party bumped into. The host also sent a cleaner daily without notice, and basic amenities like hand towels were missing. Large square plates were provided making it impossible to use the microwave. There are just too many issues which makes you feel this is not a safe house. ​I cannot recommend this property until the management drastically improves basic service standards and eliminates these severe safety risks."
