部屋の鍵はカードタイプ。フロントの機械が壊れてたらしく、鍵をもらうことができなかった。部屋に入るにはホテルに一回ごとにお願いする必要があり非常に不便。部屋は掃除が行き届いていなくて綺麗とは言い難い。

Hotel was clean and neat. The only problem there was a smell I couldn’t pinpoint at first. The staff was friendly and willing to assist at all times. Enjoyed my time there.

The hotel was acceptable, room were big, bedsheets were clean, towels were fresh, room was clean, only bathroom was not clean enough, I think because the cleaner has much to do. The staff were so polite and friendly, many thanks for the receptionist

Unfortunately, there's a lot to complain about here. I'll start with the good. The room was clean and front desk staff were great. The massage service was excellent. My complaints are the inconsistent wifi in the room, average restaurant food and service, no laundry room (when it said washers were available onsite) and had to pay for service, and no casino. The casino was always or just for a certain clientele. I would not say that my stay was horrible because it wasn't for the price and location but I don't think I'll be going back.

In a nutshell, this apartment hotel listing needs to be revamped. A number of amenities listed are false/misleading, such as there is no private spa tub, no bar/restaurant, etc. Also, the bathroom lights kept turning off and there was water leakage in the bathroom and kitchen (among other issues). While overall the property is clean and staff promptly attend to needs, I was told certain incorrect things and unnecessarily paid extra and the property avoided refunding me where justified. Please reconsider how you deal with guests and do not make false/misleading claims and avoid responsibility where warranted. Kigali/Rwanda is a great place, so represent your home well and allow guests to enjoy their stay worry free. There is opportunity for improvement and reflection, so please take this constructive criticism in stride. (By the way, it should be noted, the scenery/view around the property is breathtaking and neighbourhood is safe/clean).

1. Dette er et kinesisk hotell, der vi så kun kinesiske/asiatiske gjester. Dette er billig hotell, så hvis du er ute etter det kan dette fungere. Vi opplevde harde senger, ingen varmtvann i dusjen og en frokost med veldig lite utvalg. Vi er europeere og frokosten var kinesisk med ris osv. Hotellet ligger i en hovedgate, så det kan være litt støy fra den. Vi kunne fint bevege oss langs denne i gruppe, jeg ville nok ikke gått alene. Om jeg frivillig skulle sovet her en natt til, så er det på grunn av personalet. De i resepsjonen var behjelpelig med alt vi spurte om. Vi mistet bagasjen på vei ned, og de i resepsjonen prøvde alt de kunne for å få tak i den.

The room was comfortable, though the sheets had a couple of burn marks on them. The arrival of breakfast at the door at 7:45am was an unwelcome surprise on my first morning, jetlagged and hoping to sleep in. The breakfast itself was also a bit disappointing...just boiled eggs (no salt), plain toast, and hot milk (no coffee or tea). Overall though, my stay was perfectly pleasant. The wifi worked well, and the hot water was good.

Decent hotel but not terribly cozy

Hotel is fine although not very cozy. The Chinese casino on site gives it a strange feel. Food was average, staff was friendly.

中国同胞开的酒店，酒店位于yaya附近，这个区域中国同胞较多，酒店有中餐，同时配备有Casino和KTV、当地特产商店（黑木雕、辣木籽……等）、旅行社等，配套较齐，服务尚可。但作为四星级酒店，酒店设施稍显陈旧，早餐略差，不尽如人意。

Absolute shocker. I read that this hotel has a large Chinese clientele which, being Chinese by birth did not worry me greatly. However, what was not mentioned was that the hotel was very out of date and the rooms I used (I asked to be changed because of the smoking smell) all reeked of people smoking. One advantage of the palace is that there is a casino next door that serves good Chinese food and, being Chinese I did not have to pay.

Hotelli hyvällä alueella

Hotelli oli lähellä sukulaisiani hyvällä alueella, joten se oli suurin syy valintaan. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja hotellin vieressä oli pari kivaa ostoskeskusta. Paljon kiinalaisia vieraita ja aamupalakin oli kiinalainen. Tilat olivat hieman vanhahtaneita, mutta siistit. Ei ilmastointia. Laiton klubi hotellin vieressä oli häiritsevää. Ei mikään luksus, mutta OK.
