All the amenities we needed were downstairs in the lobby, like extra sponges, toothbrushes, even hair ties! The breakfast at the hotel was simply amazing, and the hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the train station. It was easily accessible and in a great location! If I were to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay here."

"They will charge you extra for luggage storage for the day, for early check-in., late check-out. These was no amenities available during our visit in mid March. No pool, no hot tob, no sauna. After a long flight we arrived at the hotel at 9 AM and were exhausted. We asked for early check-in and was told it will be extra charge of $20/ hour and would have to wait untill 3 p.m. then after we signed up for their Hotel App , we could check-in at 1 PM.We were also told falsley that our room was not ready , but later learned that it was actually ready all along.
