"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "Right in the waterfront in a beautiful city. Great old charm and the breakfast had many options. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. And we could store our bags to wander the town"

"This is a beautiful property filled with antiques and artwork. The staff was helpful and friendly. The grounds are magnificent and the spa is luxurious. The food and drinks were delicious. We even got an upgrade to a fancy suite!

"We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. While there’s no dedicated parking, we were able to find parking nearby without too much trouble.
Overall, it was a very nice stay, and the view from the hotel made it even more special. Would happily stay here again!"
