「Wow! Tellement un beau hôtel boutique, nous l’avons même mentionné au personnel. La chambre était tellement luxueuse!!! Nous avons été agréablement surpris sur toute la ligne. Magnifique! Même le petit déjeuné était inclus et c’était très bon. Il y avait un peu de tout, dej européen (pain et pâtisserie), américain (œuf bacon saucisse), tunisien (yaourt, olive), etc! L’emplacement est incroyable. Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps! Merci encore, nous serons de retour 」

「ルガーノ駅に近くホテルまではスロープがありスーツケースでも楽に行けました。ホテルから駅まではケーブルカーがあるので登りも問題ありません。ホテルのスタッフの対応もよくチェックアウト時に日本語の話せるオーナーがお菓子のお土産をくれました。」

「値段が高い！ホリディアパートメントとして滞在した。チェックイン時５時を過ぎていたので駅前にある事務所がしまっており、その裏のホテルのフロントで鍵を受け取らなければならず手間取った。実際に建物がある場所は駅から徒歩１０分以上かかる。英語でのエアコンの使い方の説明がなく、事務所で受けた説明は部屋にあるものと違っていて結局使えなかった。洗濯機は無い。」

Lage und Ausblick perfekt... Frühstück sehr große Auswahl und sehr lecker... wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden... wir kommen gerne wieder 」
