「The staff so severe」

「The only positive thing this hotel has is location, especially if you are visiting the Naval Academy. We first discovered this hotel 3 years ago, it was wonderful. Now, not so much. In the last 6 months we have stayed here on 6 occasions. Sadly, each time has gotten worse. The rooms are in need of attention. Towel bars broken off bathroom door and wall, flooring uneven and buckling, AC not working on 2 visists, elevators broke on 2 visits, adjoining room door handle and latch broke. The most...

「Charming and picturesque house steps from all of the best things about Annapolis.」

「This boutique hotel is a delight. It is like being transported in time but it does not feel old. It is very rare to be able to stay in an exceptional property like this.」

「The one thing that I am so impressed with is how quiet the property is. So many hotels are noisy all night and day. This one, even though it's right next to a busy highway, is pin drop quiet. So much appreciated.」

「Breakfast was great」

「Average staff.」

「Staff and housekeeping was horrible. They need to get housekeeping staff that can speak English and get staff at the front desk who wants to work」
