"Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable room. Valet parking for $45 plus tax and tips sucks. Pets waste station with the sign no pet allowed is not too friendly. Garage view from the room is not nice. "

"Was not impressed with this hotel. We found a roach in our room, our door to outside would not close and some staircases were closed of with caution tape. I will say this though, the check in was easy and the person was very friendly. The shuttle service was also very very good (fast and friendly)."

"Very small (but beautiful) rooms. Not much storage in ours. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. Easy access to transportation. Great location for food, the park, the river, and the art museum. "
