「The self check-in process was slightly unclear. Took maybe 5 minutes at the front of the building troubleshooting with my friends. However, after that one complicated step, the rest of the accomodation was amazing. The location makes you feel like a local and the apartment itself was cozy and had all the essentials. If you stay here, make sure to check out Suehiro Sushi. It is only a few blocks south and was for sure the best sushi we had on our entire trip.」

「Very Clean Property & Secured Safety. We Enjoyed Our Stay and will Recommend it to other friends. The Hotel very convenient to 7/11 Family Mart and Morishita Shibuya Stations. 「先日、両国と豊洲に用があり、利用させて頂きました。 とても便利な場所にあるけれど、周囲はとても静かです。 部屋も広くて、とても快適に利用することが出来ました。 前の方の忘れ物らしきものや、隅っこの方にゴミが落ちていたり、トイレの内のドアを閉めた時の汚れが若干、気にはなりましたが、全体的には清潔感があり、快適に過ごす事ができました。 家族連れや、グループでは利用させてもらうのに重宝する宿だと思います。 もちろん、少数でも広く快適に利用できました✩」

「Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

「とっても綺麗な施設でした！ 近くに飲食店、コンビニ 少し歩いたところに銭湯もあり すごく快適に過ごせました！ また近くに行くことがあれば 利用したいです！」

「スーペリアツインルームでしたが、部屋はそんなに広くない そしてお風呂は狭く、排水溝から異臭がする 全体的に、あんまりよくなかったです」

「大変綺麗なホテルでした。近くにスーパーもあるので便利です。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でまた泊まりたいホテルです！」

「２泊しました。駅から近くすごく便利。２日目は、Wi-Fiが繋がらなかったです。トイレと浴室は少し匂いがありました。ケトルも沸騰し続け止まらない。それは、すぐ対応していただきました。」

「洗面、トイレ、バスが一緒になって居るのは良いが、大分慣れているはずの私でも、 お湯、水の蛇口の使用方が分からなかった。（水、お湯をずっと出しておくことが出来なかった。）手を放すと止まってしまった。」
