"I had a very good experience last time I was there but this time it wasn’t as good. Now, they don’t clean the rooms or change bed linens every day, unless you request it. On the last day, when we tried to store our luggages at the front desk after we checked out, one of the staff was very rude to us. Next time, we will consider a different hotel."

"Very close to the train station, friendly staff and a pretty clean room. The room was very small but we were comfortable. We opted for the breakfast option which was very good! "

"Our stay was amazing, hotel is located near so many shops and restaurants including a Uniqlo on the first floor so that was a plus! Subway stop a block away and there was a Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart very close as well as a Don Quijote. Will definitely consider staying here once again during our next trip!"

"Right next to the Ryogoku JR station, but minimal train noises, which is great. Room is small for 3 adults, but it is fair for the price paid. Toilet and bath is in one room, but well protected from getting wet. Lots of izayaka under the train station with plenty of convenience shops nearby."

"The Staff were 5/5 perfect, they were there when needed or if i had any questions they responded in a professionally respectable way that was either in English or Japanese. Conveniently the Hotel is about 3-5 minute walk to the train station. The room was very spacious compared to the usual hotels i stayed at in my previous trips to Japan There is a local grocery store near the train station for the best affordable prices compared to 7 eleven or family mart. There is also alot of local restaurants and a McDonald nearby that's within 5 minute walking distance to the hotel. The rooms Aircon was the best."
