「Beautiful single floor unit, all appliances and furnishings were in great condition. Close to walking path, and lovely back patios. We loved this place, very spacious and comfortable, two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely sunsets.Things that could have been better:There were no mixing bowls in the kitchen.Coffee bar only had 4 packets of sugar.Dishwaser and washing machine pods need to be markedNo access to the pool unless you book direct with Seascape. There is another pool that can be used...

「We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! 」

「We have stayed at a dozen of the 2-unit Villas at Seascape & it's hard to top this one. Not the place if you are looking for ocean views, but it is the closest unit to the stairs down to the beach.We hate rentals with a lot of knick-knacks and clutter & this one gets it right. Clean, comfortable & stylish and turnkey -- you'll feel right at home in minutes. Having it's own private entrance is a plus.Would definitely stay here again. No-hassle property management company.」

「Loved this beautiful, clean condo. The grounds were lovely and the views were great. We were staying for a wedding and this rental had everything we needed and ample space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me, and the pillows were fluffy. There was a stocked coffee station in the kitchen which is also very important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. 」

「Seascape was absolutely amazing. Aptos was a great location to enjoy both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The highlight was looking out the condo and seeing humpbacks right outside!The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach accessories and beach towels were very nice to have supplied. The grind were beautiful and views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were extremely helpful. 」
