The property looks unsafe. Room was dirty. Bad maintenance. Smell bad. Bad place to go. I don’t recommend that hotel. Is really bad.

This property is not new, but it looks as though it's been remodeled, the room was very clean, the lobby is modest but clean and functional. I'm not used to talking to the desk attendant through a glass, but I also understand the need for it, considering the area. The only issue I had with the room was the bathroom door. It's a sliding, glass door that didn't stay closed all the way, it kept opening halfway, but even if I would have been able to keep it closed, there was a gap that didn't inspire privacy. Ps. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Clean room, no foul smell. Hotel Overall is well maintained. Courteous staff. Gated parking. Right by the metro station and shopping mall. Casino has separate entrance.

No room issues. Room was clean. Good location. Needed to go to desk for ice. Needed better instructions at arrival for weekend garage operation.

This is a basic clean, air conditioned room. The staff is friendly. The location is very good. Some things were missing, like a closet or way to hang your clothes, a full-length mirror and a table in the room. Bedding fabric was synthetic. They charge for parking.
