"We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August into the beginning of September. The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location. The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"

"Excellent traditional European hotel with friendly, attentive staff Complimentary full breakfast, served buffet style in the dining room was delicious, including fresh squeezed local orange juice that was amazing. Very convenient location to sightseeing and restaurants. "

"The staff were very accommodating and nice. The hotel is kept clean and they will give you anything that you ask for, as needed. (Just ask) A lot of construction going on in the area, it can make getting anywhere a little difficult, but you can navigate it with a little practice. Breakfast was good with a few choices that seem to follow Italian custom. It's charming inside and everyone is nice."

"My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs, the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3 Thank you we had a great stay at your hotel and will tell our friends too!"
