"We had a beautiful spacious, well equipped room including a sauna room in the bathroom. Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked. "We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and located right in the heart of the city. The central location made it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, attractions, shopping, and everything we wanted to see. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a great selection and a wonderful start to the day. A couple of things to keep in mind: because of the hotel’s prime location in the center of town, there can be some nighttime noise from the surrounding area. Also, be prepared to climb several flights of stairs to reach your room, as there is quite a bit of stair climbing involved. There were a few discrepancies between the listing and our experience. The property description stated that a laundry facility was available, but there was not one on-site. In addition, the listing advertised memory foam beds. Our bed did not appear to be memory foam; it was quite springy and bouncy, and felt like it may be due for replacement. Despite those issues, the cleanliness, amazing location, excellent breakfast, and outstanding staff made this a very enjoyable stay."
