"The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming."

"We found a cockroach in our room that got into our food and we only killed it later when it crawled next to me on the bed. The comforter smelled like it was washed but wasn’t dried properly. In first entering the room, it smelled bad like a moldy smell so we were given a humidifier as the solution instead of giving us a cleaner room. The hallway carpets could use a good steam. Access from the parking to the room could be explained better as we were first going from the parking elevator, down to...
