Shrouded in beautiful Autumn foliage and appointed with traditional Japanese accommodations (slippers specific to the toilet room, main room and patio each), it felt like quiet, authentic luxury. "This hotel was WOW! We went to Japan and stayed at 4 different hotels and this one was my favorite one. Service was a 100000/10 food was great, views were unbelievable amazing. Keep in mind this hotel is located on a rural area so you are about 20 min away from the little town and everything closes at 8. Meaning you are unable to get into public transportation or taxi after that time. We had to walk 30 min to get back to the hotel. Nothing major, you really don’t hav to leave this hotel because it is stunning "
