"After a very stressful at our Airbnb, the BW took our very last minute reservation and had our room ready all within a hour. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, very helpful and just made us feel relaxed and welcome. The room was small but clean and had three beds for the three of us. "We had a wonderful stay in Osaka. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend booking the lounge and breakfast package. The lounge access was a great perk, and the breakfast offered an excellent selection of quality food each morning. It added a lot of value to our stay and was definitely worth the extra cost. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Osaka."
