This hotel is conveniently located above a busy train station,and we found that easy to get around. The Osaka Loop line is a very busy train line though, so navigating that with luggage was a struggle. However, this hotel suited us really well - with a 4 bed room, and the toilet and shower room were separate (important for families!). The beds were the most comfortable beds on our Japan trip, and the views from the room were great!

The hotel is extremely convenient in terms of transport and dining options. Rooms are clean and nice and clean daily. The only thing is for the twin bedroom that I am staying, the space is bit cramp. The hotel was very roomy compared to most small hotels I've stayed at. Even though it's more of a business hotel, it's very good for it's proximity to the train station and it's welcoming service.

Great location, but The biggest issue we had was that the rooms are not insulated. The train noise went late and began very early. They could better insulate windows and room better. The rooms were a bit small and hard to maneuver. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. A slight bit more softness would have been nicer for the bed. However the bathroom and shower were nice. Hairdryer was also nice. Refrigerator was small but nice to have. internet speed was perfect for online meetings. Hotel Staff were very helpful and ready to serve or assist in whatever way they could.

Convenient to 2 train stations -literally can exit the hotel and walk under covered roof to train. Elevator is connected to a nice mall. The rooms seem on par for Japanese hotels, a bit small for 6’3” Folks but comfortable beds. The price was awesome in June! The staff really were attentive. The breakfast was great with lots of Asian items for breakfast.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande. First off, the location is amazing! Very close to the JR station, the metro station, and the Keihan station. It is also connected to a mall as well as surrounded by other malls and streets with loads of food options. It is also very safe since you cannot go to floors above floor 7 without your hotel room's keycard. The staff are also very friendly and nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in and there really isn't anything I can think of to complain about. Had a great time staying here and would stay again in the future!

Convenient location

The room we chose for this part of our stay was huge in relation to normal Japanese hotel rooms. We were able to comfortably lay out our 4 suitcases to help pack our purchases for our journey home. This room even had a sitting area where you could relax. (Actually, this review is for the latter part of our stay, not for this part when we had a smaller room). The staff is friendly, professional and polite. They have amenities (toothbrush, washcloth, face lotions, etc. in the lobby to help yourself.) Convenient train access too!

Convenient location

This is my second time staying at the Keihan Kyobashi Grand Hotel, and for this trip we booked 2 nights before heading to Tokyo, and then 3 nights after returning from Tokyo. The first 2 nights we were in a very small room (this review) because the larger ones were not available. The small room is okay (if you're used to Japanese small hotel rooms,) if you haven't done much shopping yet. The last 3 nights were much more comfortable due to the spacious room we chose. Regardless of the room size, the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The location can't be beat due to the proximity (within the major train station for JR and the Keihan lines) for easy access to anywhere. There is a mall connected to the hotel and lots of convenience stores and restaurants close by as well. Will definitely stay here again!
