「Everything was good」

「We had trouble with our toilet. Told them as we were leaving to go to a wedding that they would have the day to get it fixed. When we came back that night, the toilet had not been fixed and had overflowed onto the bathroom floor. When we went to get help from the office, they gave us the plunger and mop and expected us to fix it. The staff did nothing we had to clean up the mess ourselves.」

「We were in town for a wedding. The check in process had a few hiccups, but the owner was so sweet and helped us. We could tell they're working on renovations, and the room was very nice and included a full fridge/freezer and microwave (very convenient for storing diabetic supplies). Would definitely stay there again.」
