"Our room was fine. Overflow parking areas should be better marked. There is one small parking lot labeled Ramada parking. We were there for a concert at the rave so that lot was full and there was no nearby street parking. We just happened to check with the people at the ambassador if we could park in their garage to find out that the hotels are sister hotels and that is also parking for Ramada. The main complaint I have is with the restaurant/bar at the ambassador. They specifically mention upon check in that there is a bar and restaurant to make sure to check it out. We went in after the concert and the bar was full but not overcrowded. There were a few seats open at the bar and a couple open booths. We sat down at the bar wanting to order some food and drinks. We sat, and sat, and sat some more. The bartender was actively ignoring everyone at the bar. He came to clear dirty glasses and some wrappers right in front of me, I said hello thinking he would also take our order or at the very least say hi back but he didn’t. Turned around and walked away. We were there for probably 40-45 minutes without a single glance or look in ours or basically any one else’s direction. He helped one girl sitting a few seats down from us and 2 small groups that walked up well after us that ordered some food to go. That’s it. I didn’t see him hep a single other person, even people who clearly had empty drinks on front of them waiting for either refills or their checks. It was so bizarre."

"My son was with me, so for ppl under 21 they'll get you a escort from security to walk through the casino back to the hotel lobby. Great food, room service was fast and staff was superb. This hotel valet is free unless is full then its free parking the the garage. "

"Such a lovely property! From the outside you wouldn't know what a gem it is. It isn't the Pfister and it's not perfect but it is a gem. The staff are wonderful and the vibe is classic. Excellent drinks in the bar, super yummy breakfast in cafe. Had a great king room on 7th floor. Big room, comfy bed. So many special and unique details!"

"Clean, nice and very efficient room. There was a place to put everything. There is not a bad thing I could say about this place. We loved having fresh coffee around the clock and it was delicious!"

"I didnt realize that the hot tub was not available in winter months. The listing notes that the ambient temp needs to be 45 but honestly, just say its only available may- september. The house is old, charming, tidy and comfortable with plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. The beds we slept in were very cozy. Hot water takes a while to make it to the bathroom but you're on vacation- whats the rush. This is out of their control but there is massive road construction all around the home (3/2026). Its close to the city and there is a wonderful coffee shop 5 minutes away. The host was super responsive, left snacks for us and water in the fridge- such a nice thing to find in a new place. Thank you! "
