「The hotel is in a great location. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Staff service could have been improved at check in and check out」

「My son loved that there was Disney plus as a bonus. However our shower didn't work and I had to ask to use the one next door. 3x a member of staff came to try it, the last time we were in bed and no it still wasn't working. No compensation of any kind was offered, not even a free dessert after we had paid for dinner. Bathroom was a bit grubby and there was just a piece of foam under the sheet and no mattress protector. Breakfast was OK but no offer of fruit, cereal or juice. Had to ask for a...

「Everything is absolutely perfect beautiful place and fantastic staff」

「Very quiet」

「Everything was very well organised and delivered. The building is dated but scrupulously clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful and kind-hearted, There was a singer in the Ballroom in the evening which was good. My only complaint is that the TV in my room wouldn't work. It would switch on but not access any channel. Also, the lifts were very small so there was usually a queue for them. The price was very fair although I had to pay £6/night for parking. Breakfast was excellent - everything...

「The single room above a quiet pub has the best price you will find in the area, and an interesting history. Nice meals are available downstairs, very convenient. The Sunday lunch (I had the roast chicken with all the trimmings) was especially delicious. The friendly owners shared lots of information about the local area. The entire building is very clean and well maintained and the room is cosy with nice touches without being overdone. There is a tea kettle with coffee and tea options. The few...
