「Amazing staff. Rooms were clean. Peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what you want for a couples getaway. Alpina Restaurant was absolutely amazing. The view and the food, especially their brunch menu was a perfect 10 !」

「Terrible. Would not recommend. Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom they gave us a 1 bedroom told me that is what I booked I have the reservation details in front of me and it clearly says 2 bedroom deluxe villa. The manager talked over me and was not very nice. I would not stay at this hotel 」

「This is an inexpensive motel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Linens and towels were clean. The location is convenient but pretty sketcy.」

「Room was pretty gross. At first I thought it was just run down and could use a new coat of paint but on closer inspection there was dirt/debris on the floors, hair in the shower and bathroom floor, toilet wasn’t clean, sink wasn’t clean, old potato chips on the floor and on the shelf above the fridge, holes in the walls like fists, smeared Oily stuff on the tv screen, stains on the walls and floors. I didn’t want to take my shoes off because the floors looked so disgusting, the room smelled like...

「Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...

「「2013 年 5 月に全面改修工事を完了」と書いてあったので、期待していましたが、ペンキを塗りなおした程度に見えました。ロケーションはハイウェイ沿いにあるのでよいですが、少しうるさいです。４人で宿泊したのですが、タオルが２セットしか用意されてませんでいた。通過点としての宿泊と割り切れば、十分です。」
