Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door.」
「The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway

「Pleasantly surprised. Paul was very welcoming & friendly. He gave us advice on taxis and where to go (taxi less than £7 to first direct arena - dont get uber!). Hotel dated but really nice. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Room good, bed a bit too soft for me. The fan was a welcome addition as it got hot overnight and the quilt is very warm.
