"Overall, I had a very positive experience staying here.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area of South Beach, which was perfect for the places I wanted to go. The pool, lobby, and courtyard were all beautiful and relaxing, and it was easy to unwind there.
There were some visible signs of wear and tear, such as stains and damage in parts of the room and on the hallway carpets, but if you are not overly sensitive to those things, it’s not a major issue.
What bothered me more was the ceiling noise whenever the people upstairs walked around — it creaked quite loudly at times. I also think the elevator should be repaired as soon as possible.
If I could add one more thing, I think the stay would feel even more welcoming if the staff were a bit friendlier. Even something as simple as greeting guests with a smile when they pass the front desk can really improve the overall impression of a hotel. It’s a very basic but important thing.
I noticed that some of the reviews here are not very positive, but personally, I think this is a wonderful hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip."
