"The directions from the property before we arrived were very good and staff were friendly throughout. The room was fairly simple, contained the basics and were clean We found the beds didn’t suit our styles and they were quite uncomfortable. The property is a short 15-minute walk to San Marco square or you can catch a water gondola taxi for €2 from Basilica Santa Maria across the Grand Canal. "The location of hotel is great, a short walk to St Marks and other sites. Local bars and restaurants good and reasonably priced. Our large room on the top floor, accessed by lift was lovely with all you need/expect. A kettle would have been nice though. "You really can not ask for a better location or view. There’s a water taxi station right outside your door. We didn’t need it because everything was less than a 15 minute walk. Tons of restaurants to choose from. The only hiccup was check in. They will not respond to emails for some reason so you must call. They let us drop off the bags until the 3:00 check in, which was nice. "

Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day.
