"Great onsen hotel just outside station with a shuttle van. Super friendly and the room seemed to be recently renovated and the hotel has some sections that we getting updated and will be even better for the next visit. Dinner was fabulous. Staff were awesome and the view was lovely from the room and onsen. "

"Hotel is situated in a quiet location. There isn’t much around this area but lots of onsens in the vicinity. Footbaths in town are free. Walkable to the Kurobe Gorge Railway & train station. This traditional room is very cozy & comes with a small separate living area with an enclosed balcony view. Do note that the convenience store is quite a distance away, so come prepared. Shops closes early with few dining options but the hotel offers a buffet dinner at an additional charge. Free drinks are available at the lobby & onsen areas. U can also buy snacks from their souvenir shop. Overall, a lovely stay."

"I stayed here couple weeks ago, I like the environment and comfort and quiet place, the manager and staff are great and friendly, that’s the reason why I came back. The manager upgrade me to a room with Jaguzzi. Sadly is the air conditional is abit old , doesn’t cool up the room quick, but it still fine. The hotels room definitely needs a proper upgrade as there is many wear and tear and air conditional need an overhaul too. Wallpaper has to be clean as you can see some stains. "
