"The breakfast was wonderful. Something for everyone. Also the daily outdoor winter lunch was very good too. One night we had the Chef’s dinner and it really was excellent. No point arriving before your room is ready because there is literally nothing to do, even though the room may be ready, you can’t have it till 3pm. "

"This is one of the best resorts you can possibly stay at. Everything is 10/10. It is all in one for everything you need. Note that the area it is in only has hotels for the most part, so it is difficult to get to a convenience store if you have no car. About an 8 minute uber which will run you about $20 USD round trip if you need something. Although often the resort has all you need. And they have bus service for free to the ski resort. I couldnt praise this resort more highly."

Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. Other than that staff were friendly."
