"A truly unique and calm stay. The staff and amenities were as advertised and they have an amazing buffet breakfast that you must try. My room was clean and I had my own bathtub with termal water in my room. Its in a great location with the museum of glass very close by! I'll be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience."

"The property is nice, the onsen is a terrific feature and the staff were excellent and helpful with our many questions for inbound/outbound travel. However, for upwards of $400 per night, the dining options were rather basic and, given the hotel's somewhat remote location, the sporadic shuttle schedule and drop-off locations made the ski resorts somewhat of a challenge to reach."
