「I had a weekend vacation with my kids who were happy with the stay. A few things could be improved 1. The room cleaning needs consistency considering the beach location and sands is expected nuisance. My room was not cleaned during the two nights stay although the staff were responsive when we requested extra towels and sheets. The extra sheets that we found in the room were dirty. 2. I had to sacrifice my shorts that fall in the unit below my room and the staff on duty was slow to respond or...

「We appreciated the elaborate fountain and display on the main floor. The staff was excellent. The food and service at the restaurant Ginger was on point. However, our first disappointment was access to charging our EV through the valet. It’s not possible. The second disappointment was access to the casino from our room. Having to leave the casino and go through security each time instead of having direct access through an elevator. The last disappointment was the bed,the mattress specifically...

Erin was easy and quick to respond to questions you may have. We definitely will be returning when time allows in our busy schedules.」
