"We love Westport Plaza and always stay at least once a year. We want to stay at the Sheraton but it is usually too expensive for us but we were able to use points to get money off our room. We love the Sheraton. It is walking distance to our favorite spots (Funny Bone and restaurants) there is a bar in the lobby and so many things to do. The rooms are great and service is outstanding. "

"This was an older hotel but well kept! The rooms were spacious and clean! Did not offer a fee breakfast but an amazing restaurant with a buffet style breakfast that was outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely use this location again in the future!"

"They didn't have one of the basic things: a plug for a bathtub that needed one. When I asked at the front desk, she seemed puzzled by the very idea. I suppose most people do it as a shower, but having a tub bath is a major thing I want from a hotel. I had to jerry-rig a plastic bag. So if you want to come here and take a tub bath, be sure to bring a plug with you. The windows don't open. Again, to me, when it's pretty weather, having proper ventilation is needed for both comfort and health. I...

"The staff was very polite and the lobby was clean. There was an awful smell in the elevator and the hallways smelled like dirty gym socks. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was at the end of the hall and it was noisy from what sounded like a high-pitch sound from water pipes. "
