Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but had already given them out. The ice machines were broken and dirty. The parking was inconvenient due to heavy equipment and trailers taking up multiple parking spots. When we returned to our room for the second nights stay our keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk for them to be rekeyed. We were extremely dissatisfied with this stay !!!

Staff was friendly. Rooms are slightly outdated but clean. Not very roomy but we were only there to sleep. The refrigerator is tiny and didn't work. No coffee maker/ice bucket/drinking cups, etc in the room. Both ice machines were either empty or didn't work. Vending machines were available. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.

The shower had hair in it. The vents were full of dust. We woke up with head congestion from dust and mildew smell. Lights with burnt out light bulbs in room. Hotel was out of ice buckets. Hotel had two ice machines and neither worked. Shampoo and shower gel dispenser were broken. Staff and front desk supervisor stated ice buckets were not mandatory. Maintenance and housekeeping supervisor not available.

There was toilet paper in the toilet on arrival. When getting a shower I found a used wash rag hanging on the shower curtain. There were crumbs all over the floor. It wreaked of pot in the hallways.

Ok so I checked in to wyndham st louis/Fenton on Friday 1/23/26. I booked a 2 day stay and then 1 day stay due to weather and having to work. Since day 1 I haven't had a working toilet. Not one time did an employee offer me a room with a functioning toilet! Not one time. Fast forward it is not Sunday 1/25/26. They plowed the parking lot at 1130 pm on 1/24/26. I left for work at 545 am on 1/25/26 and got stuck. Got stuck because no one plowed the parking lot this morning. Knowing that some of their guest was leaving this morning. They provided no way of getting out their parking lot. We finally get out due to ur gracious patrons...because it became quite apparent that this hotel did not care at all! Finally get out and went to work. Come back to the hotel...again and there is no way to get in the parking lot much less a way to park. My boyfriend who was staying with me...had to shovel his way in the snow just to get into ur parking lot...then had to shovel all the way into a parking spot that again had to be cleared as your employees watched and offered no aide. He hunted his self doing this! I want a full refund of the 3 days! It is ridiculous that my toilet isn't working! U should be able to shower, lay in bed, and shower with no problem in ANY hotel u go to! Now if I would have wrapped and peed in a trash can and set it outside my door...I would've been wrong. But its ok to keep pooping and peeing in a toilet that dont even work.

The staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. There was a cough drop on the floor by the bed and long hairs on the bathroom floor. Not sure the floors had been cleaned. When we plugged devices in the lamp outlet, they fell back out. The tv didn't work, had to ask twice for someone to reset it. Didn't realize there was no housekeeping during our 3 day stay. The faucets in the bathtub were so loose, i thought they'd come off. And the toilet paper was so thin! I hesitated to write this because usually I just let things go, but all added up, I think it needs attention. We went with the Wyndham name. Should have double-checked. The breakfast was fine.
