「Very mixed review, since some aspects were great and some not so much! the check-in was arduous, instead of just being told the truth that our room was not ready, and given a realistic time to come back, we were strung along and moved from place to place, it was very hard with kids after a long journey. The check-out was also lengthy and frustrating for no reason.

「Piscine chauffée, buffet excellent cependant les heures d’ouverture sont restreints. Buffet varié. Nous n’avons pas essayer l’aquaparc mais il semble bien. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont assez confortables. Personnel au bar sont vraiment sympathiques. Très beau voyage. Au souk/medina, négociez vos prix! Tout se négocie. 」

「Très bon Hôtel, bien placé avec accès rapide a la Médina et site touristique. Très propre et très jolie. Seul bémol notre chambre 2101 avait la Clim HS et les buffets sont vraiment pas de bonne qualité et pas varié. Pour le reste impeccable. (Piscine non chauffée)」

「I absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn't fault it in any way. The staff are incredible they work so hard and are so welcoming, friendly and inclusive. 「Great all inclusive hotel. Lots of activities and entertainment all day long. Great water park and lots of food options. Unable to walk anywhere from the hotel, you can get a taxi from outside or the hotel bus into the centre. The sports bar needs abit of a rethink. 「Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. 」
