"Une cata de A à Z 1ere fois que je passe par Abritel et bien la dernière, leur SAV est vraiment nul 👎 ils ne sont d’une aucune assistance en cas de problème L’adresse dans l’annonce était mensongère, et inexistante sur Google maps nous étions censée être à 15 min à pied de la place mais en réalité nous étions à 35 mn en voiture ! La cerise sur le gâteau c’est qu’on a la découvert en arrivant à l’aéroport. L’agent douanier qui réclamait une adresse nous répétant que celle que l’on donnait...

"We had a lovely stay at Darga Rouge made really special by the kind hospitality of Hakim and his family. The pool and garden are spectacular, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and tajines cooked by the lovely Samira and had an incredibly relaxing hamman and massage. "On arrival, (2 days later than planned due to family sickness) the villa was still not ready despite 2 extra days to prepare. The 2 maids didn't leave until 10.30pm which was a big hindrance due to us having travelled all day and being very tired. We discovered immediately there were Insufficient towels for 5 people, an ill equipped kitchen, chipped crockery and glasses, missing DVD player despite being listed as available, no batteries or enough air con remote controls, hardly any loo rolls or...
