「Room conditions upon arrival were disappointing. The couch was broken, and it took approximately two hours for management to address the issue. The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. 「What I did not like was that the door key lock magnet wasn’t working, did not reported until check out to the cleaning lady was having too much fun during my stay to bother with it.」

「The room was clean and everything worked! Some placement of items was a little awkward in the bathroom..no shelf in the shower to put soap, shampoo,etc and barely any space for toiletry placement….no side table for placing drinks during tv watching but other than that and some loud neighbors (memorial day weekend) everything was nice! Close to the beach boardwalk and Wii, the check in guy was nice…」

「I had an issue with another hotel and made a last minute reservation. Walked around the block and they were ready for me. They were so nice. It was a great way to end a not so good day. You have to pay for parking but if you want a small inn close to the beach this one is it, even had a little store in the office to pick up snacks!」

「They are very understaffed at this hotel. The line is out the door practically when you get to the one check in office they have for all of their hotels. The pools are very small with hardly any chairs available and people blast their music at all hours at the pools. Our room looked bigger and cleaner in the photos online and you hardly get anyone that speaks English on the property. Also they say they have parking but the spots are barely any parking spots and not in a lot basically on the side...
