「Lovely and convenient in Casco Viejo. The staff are friendly and helpful. Be aware that they have no elevator.」

「What I didn't like was that there wasn't enough options for breakfast and that they could've given more fruit options as well. Other than that it was lovely. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. 」

「Everything was just perfect, they took care of us. The bedroom, and bathroom was clean I feel very good.」

「Great stay here. Central location and easily walkable to most things in the old town. It was easy to access shopping from here also. We felt safe here. Communication with the host was easy as well. I read in the comments, people complaining about the noise from the rooftop bar across the street so I was a bit hesitant however we barely noticed it. I sleep with Rain Sounds anyway, so I was able to block out any background noise. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone. 」

「朝8時に荷物を預け、パスポートを提示し利用カードを記入しました。夜9時ごろフロントに行き、その旨を話したら、予約がない、荷物を預かっていないと言われ、英語の予約表を見せました。でも、予約なし、荷物はないの一点張り。それでも部屋の鍵をもらい、中に荷物があるかもと思いましたが、ありません。フロントに戻り、荷物なしを話しましたが、拉致があかないので、近くのホテルへ行き、事情を話すと、警察官を読んでくれて、警察官の車でホテルに再度行きました。そしたら、別の鍵を渡され、警察官と中に入ると荷物がありました。一連の件で1時間以上かかり、フロントは謝罪もしませんでした。朝フロントの人も同様でした。以上」
